Healthy Banana Split Breakfast

Dessert for breakfast? Yes, please!! This healthy take on a banana split lets you have the satisfaction of eating a delicious, yet nutritious treat early in the morning! The greek yogurt is mixed with a dollop of whipped cream to help cut down on the acidity/tartness of the yogurt, making this a well-balanced breakfast with a hint of sweetness, enjoy!

Healthy Banana Split Breakfast Recipe:

Yield: 1 Serving

Cook Time: 15 Min

Ingredients:

- 1 Banana, Sliced in Half

- 1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt (*Vegan: Coconut Yogurt)

- 1/8 Cup Whipped Cream (*Vegan: Coconut Cream)

- ¼ Cup Sliced Strawberries

- 1/8 Cup Blueberries

- 1/8 Cup Blackberries

- Honey or Agave, To Drizzle on Top

- 1/8 Cup Granola

Directions:

1. Cut banana in half, lengthwise. Place on plate. In a small bowl, mix the whipped cream and Greek yogurt.

2. Top banana with yogurt mixture. Add granola, berries, and honey or agave on top as well.

3. Enjpy!

Tips/Tricks:

- You can easily make this breakfast into an on-the-go version by simply keeping the granola in a separate container from the bananas, berries, and yogurt. Make sure you don’t forget a spoon or fork though!
