Presenting the Brunch Board!
Have you ever tried building a bagel charcuterie board? It’ll be a big hit at your next party or brunch weekend get-together- I promise!
My husband and I made this for the weekend, it’s perfect for quick bites, plus you get to choose from an assortment of goodies! Enjoy :)
Bagel Charcuterie Board:
Yield: 4-6 Servings
Cook Time: 20 Min
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag Cheese Bagels
- 1 Bag Cinnamon Raisin Bagels
- ¼ Cup Fig Jam
- ¼ Cup Apricot Pepper Jam
- ½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 2 Cups Cream Cheese or Vegan Cream Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ Cup Butter or Earth Balance, Cubed
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200° F. Slice all bagels in half. Place in a pre-heated oven and toast for 10 minutes or until the tops start to crisp slightly.
2. Once the bagels are toasted, cut them in half and place on your charcuterie board.
3. Assemble the rest of the board by placing your jams, jellies, and spreads around the bagels. Finish the board by placing berries and toppings around where they can fit. Enjoy!
Tips/Tricks:
- You can also toast the bagels in a toaster if it’s for a small number of guests.
- They make vegan cream cheese spreads, by Kite Hill, that could be perfect for any vegan guests attending your party.
