Deliciously Warm Beer Bread

If you have never had beer bread before, I highly recommend trying this recipe out! Beer bread is such a soft and deliciously amazing snack! You can even get real creative and make some sandwiches from the bread! I promise this recipe will not disappoint, I hope you enjoy :)

Deliciously Warm Beer Bread Recipe:


Yield: 1 Loaf, ~10 Slices

Cook Time: 1 Hr 20 Min

Ingredients:

- 3 Cups Flour

- 1/3 Cup Sugar

- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder

- ½ tsp Salt

- 12oz Cold Beer or Soda (I recommend Coor’s Banquet or Budlight /

Pellegrino or Plain Bubbly Soda Water)

- 3 Tbsp Butter or Coconut Oil, Melted

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

4. Add beer and mix until incorporated.

5. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean or bread is golden in color.

6. Let cool on a cooling rack completely before slicing enjoy!

Tips/Tricks:

- This makes a great treat to take to parties or gatherings. You can cut the bread into slices and then cubes if you have a large number of guests!

- Serve with dip or get creative and make sandwiches from the beer bread.
